Fitness has always been a way of life for me, it started back in my younger years and has resonated with me ever since. I have been in the industry for over 18 years and I have had the privilege to work with and transform hundreds of women. The truth is that I love what I do, and I am so passionate about it. This is the energy and vibe you will always feel with me in my classes and in my presence. I started teaching kettlebell classes out of my friend's living room, these were definitely the good old days. Fast forward a few years and I became a trainer for hourglass, where I really began to make my mark in the fitness world. One of my biggest accomplishments was entering a bikini competition at 43yrs of age.

This pushed me out of my comfort zone but also taught me so much more about our bodies and how to maximize your workouts with getting the best results

Now here we are and I am so thrilled to have opened the doors to my new FWF Studio Barn.

I feel truly blessed and incredibly lucky to be surrounded each day by such incredible women & men. We come together as a community, as a family and as a place where you can feel at home.
